What counts as non-commercial use?
Learning, teaching, academic research and personal projects. If you’re using VRGS to deliver paid or commercial work, you’ll need a commercial licence instead.
How long until I receive my licence once I’ve paid?
We issue licences as quickly as we can. The process is currently manual, so expect your licence within 24 hours on a working day — a little longer over weekends.
Do you offer a licence for a whole department?
Yes — the Academic Departmental licence covers unlimited seats within a single academic department, with email and video-call support.
I can’t use the MSIX installer. What can I do?
If your institution won’t allow side-loading of apps or the MSIX installer, we can provide a standard MSI instead. Just contact us for the link.
